BSA Goldstar Trials motorcycle
For sale is my BSA Goldie in trials trim, only selling due to emigrating soon, it is a 350cc all alloy clipper type. I bought it 20 odd years ago from a chap in slough in berkshire it has no history that i am aware of but the clippers are quite rare as most BSA,s seem to end up as clubmans racers for some reason. it was a basket case pretty much and i built it to do some classic trials i rode it a number of times but then broke my ankle badly in a separate accident so i was unable to kick her over, its been laid up for a number of years now but i had it running about six months ago with no smoke or rattles. I started to put a lighting set on it with the view of riding it on the road but it just needs finishing off small things like the light lens clips etc it has sealed rechargeable batteries under the saddle to keep the weight down, don't know they work or not now as its been standing as I said, its fitted with original aluminium petrol tank no dents,i have the transfers but never put them on, original central oil tank, origanal speedo (120mph) refurbished and zero miles on it, alloy handle bars, original exhaust silencer, 6volt mag dyno refurbed a few years back etc etc. It has lots of manuals with it some photocopies some original some really rare ones like the parts amendment etc all for the BSA gold star series they will go with the bike so please don't ask to buy them separately. there is a buff log book but i don't think it was for the bike even though it has the fr...
