MATCHLESS G3LS 350CC 1955
This example of a classic British motorcycle shows 23,195 miles on the odometer. It’s not in concourse condition but it doesn’t leak oil everywhere either, what it does have is the patina of a 60 year old bike. The bike has been carefully maintained with regular oil changes, new plug and new battery. In early 2015 the rear (Jampot) shock absorbers were completely overhauled (new seals, bushes etc.) and the front forks drained and refilled. It starts easily and runs well, settling into a steady tick-over once warm. There are no nasty rattles or clonks, doesn’t smoke when on the road or on tick-over and, all gears select easily. I’m selling this bike on behalf of a friend who has now retired and lives in Spain, he acquired this motorcycle in 2013. Cash on collection please.
