Yamaha FS1E 1975 popsicle purple 5 owners not fs1 fs1se dx
Here i have the very regrettable sale of my 75 popsicle purple fizzy! It is a uk model 394 chassis number, matching frame and engine numbers. As you can see in the pictures it is fantastic condition.. I have covered roughly 100 miles taking it to local bike meets and shows and it has never seen rain!Bike is registered with the FS1-E OWNERS CLUB. Its sweet spot is 44mph and will happily sit there all day long with a top speed of 50mph without abusing it! I did not restore the bike myself but it is a very good example and credit to the previous owner... As far as i can tell the only pattern parts are the seat ( nice quality) , the exhaust system and the rear wheel rim- the rest looks to be original either NOS Parts or the original parts especially the mudguards which have been rechromed to a very high standard and still have the holes (blanked off with nice plugs) for the front number plate.. The paintwork is outstanding and everyone who has set eyes on it comments on its condtion and how it looks like it has just been taken out of the crate! Everything on this bike works perfectly... I have had the l/h engine cover off because the pushrod seal was leaking, the flywheel is new, the stator plate is new, all the pedal mechanism is new except the arms which have been powder coated- i have replaced the seal and the pushrod with new yamaha parts.. This fizzy is ready to ride, Mot'd and taxed for 11months.. It has the original keys, working steering lock, full v5 in my name.. The pic...
