This is a 1970's hardtail springer chopper which was imported from the USA in 1982 and is being sold with no reserve and no buy now. The bike was last MOT'd in 2009 and before being built in the USA started life as a Kawasaki KZ650. The bike is being sold as an unfinished project as the starter motor clutch is broken, the front wheel bearings need replacing, the front tyre is past the limit and it needs a battery. This will be a good value for the money chopper project for you and when these bikes are MOT'd sell for a small fortune. The bike comes with the V5, the all clear HPI vehicle check report and its last MOT from 2009. Due to the starter motor issue and the nature of this one off custom it is being sold as a non runner.
