1991 BMW R80RT BLUE/BLACK
I bought this bmw with its history,first owned by a doctor who only did 2000 miles was ill,sold it to his neighbor,who only did again 2000 miles,that was 4000 miles in14 years,keep locked in a garage but always moted.service receipt av ailible. I bought it,went to Switzerland on it twice,summer use on occations but have only been doing 600 miles a year in last 4 years. All of the owners were near retiring ,thus well looked after. My reactions are slower now,so i use my trusty Honda 90 cub around town as i do not do distances anymore. I have had this regularly serviced by a local independant bmw engineer. Stainless silencers,balance box,full bmw fairing with lock boxs in fairing,with mirrors.All keys ,two sets. Bmw panniers to quick fit on fitted rack,small carrier /grab rail. New tyres,fully serviced ,mot,next Augw ust.100 miles since last mot. I consider this way above average,mileage very low,and a good cheap touring bike with plenty of pulling power,still pulls the crowds in this condition,but you must view it to appreciate this.It is usually good for 45mpg.
