Bimota SB8R Immaculate - Many Upgrades Inc Private Plate V2 SBR
For sale is my 'better than new' Bimota SB8R which I have owned for over 8 years having purchased it from Made In Italy Motorcycles on the 21st March 2007. If you follow the link to the 'previously sold' page for 2006-07 you will see the original picture used for the advert http://www.madeinitalymotorcycles.com/#!sold-2006-07/c10dn The bike had covered just 400 miles when I purchased it, having previously been owned by a Scottish collector, and unfortunately due to work commitments I have only covered another 1,100 miles in the past 8 years bringing the total mileage to 1,518! These bikes were made in 2 versions - the 'standard' version in red / white / carbon as per mine which retailed for £12,999 back in the year 2000, and the 'special' model in black , SB8RS, which sold for £14,299 and came with the following upgrades, all of which have been fitted to this bike by the previous owner:Oval sports smoked indicatorsFully adjustable gold anodised rearsets with carbon fibre heel guardsTitanium bodywork fastenersCarbon fibre gear linkageGold anodised rear sprocket So in essence this bike is identical to an SB8RS except for its colour.
