2005 ROYAL ENFIELD BULLET 500 RED
This listing is for a 2005 Royal Enfield Electra X 500 Bullet. The bike is in generally good alround condition showing some minor signs of chipping to paint on the frint of the frame and the swingarm. Rims are in good nick, exhaust is good, slight rust to the hanger bracket. Currently the headlamp flash switch is not working but shall take a look at that this week. Tyres are excellent. Brakes perfect and loads of wear left. There are no hidden horror stories lurking away beneathe the surface. As far as it is possible to tell the engine has only ever been serviced and not dismantled. You will notice in the close up of the engine there is a slight weep from the head gasket but this is very minor and the oil on the fins is from 2 years of use. We are only selling the Enfield to help finance an older bigger brit bike. This bike has been extremely reliable and has aquitted it's self well, to the point where we shall miss the reliabillity, having had a six week lay up it started second kick. The electric start does work but I have never seen the need to use it as it is a very easy kickstart.
