Benelli Tornado RS - Genuine Rare Example

Back up for sale as interested party could not complete sale................ Where do I begin! I bought this bike last year as if always really wanted one. This one came up at the right time as it is 1 of only 46 ever produced and 1 of only 4 or 5 ever sold here in the UK, with only 1 owner from new and only 7200 miles!! A very rare machine. It was bought as having all the required updates completed, if you're looking at this advert you'll probably have read about them and these updates are essential (these include the clutch basket-must be from 2007 onwards- the Z25 alternator shaft including bolt and washer and updated washer on the alternator itself). However, as I found out when checking it over, these were actually NOT updated!!! So sadly, I had to replace these parts myself at a total cost of £1000!!! While I had the bike apart, I fully serviced it which included a valve clearance check and adjustment, I changed the oil and filter, air filter (fitted a DNA filter at £65) new coolant, brake fluid and upgraded the battery cables. All in all another £255!! I also bought and fitted a full carbon fibre upgrade tank kit, as seen in the photos, another £225!! Once all back together, I took it for a run and thought it sounded a little noisy. So after some investigation and some advice from the Benelli forum, I was advised that "they all sound like that"!!
