Ducati 1098s 2007 70mm WSBK System, Pistal HC Pistons Very Special
For sale is my very special Ducat 1098s with a number of upgrades over the 'S' Spec standard bike. These include; Pistal High Compression race Pistons Lightened and balanced crank Corse slipper clutchFull titanium WSBK 70mm Leo Vinci exhaust system (as used by Althea and not publicly available)Racing Evo ECUBillet rear setsSP Quick shifter Carbon fibre belly panCarbon fibre hugger The bike is not a race bike and has not been raced. All the upgrades are documented with the engine work having been carried out by Moto Rapido. The engine has also been recently serviced with belt and shims in early 2014. Needless to say it stops, handles and goes better than the standard bike. I'm selling because it has become a garage ornament. I ride very little and did one track day on it last year. The sale includes some of the standard parts such as the header pipes, footrests and rear sets. The mileage is low and looking back through the documents and MOT's it is genuine. It has a comprehensive and documented service history with pretty much every receipt from new.MOT until July 2015 Any inspection is welcome. I am fastidious about my bikes and this no is no exception. I may consider a parts ex for something cheaper (08 onwards CBR100RR, R1 07/08 etc) but will be looking for at least £4,000 my way.
