Baotian 50 cc scooter 12 month Mot2007 (57 plate) 7800 miles Including top box This is an ideal first scooter and with no reserve you could pick up a bargain I'm going to try and be as detailed as I can but would be more than happy to let anyone arrange a viewing, the scooter is advertised only on e bay and the winning bidder buys the bike so please don't make offers make a bid instead. The good bits, full 12 month Mot; only 2 minor advisories they are rear wheel bearing (will need doing before next Mot) and slight discolouration on indicator lenses. I have done quite a bit of work on the bike and have tried to photograph the big bits as unfortunately I did not keep recepts. It's had new front brake caliper, new front brake pads new rear brake shoe new rear brake cable, new rear tyre and tube, (front tyre has lots of life left in it) new instrument switches on both sides new stand safety switch wiring, new petrol cap, new mirrors and a bit of soldering to the headlight wiring. Now a couple of small issues. As you can see by the photos the bottom bodywork panels have cracked on both sides and are taped in position. The seat lock has lost its return spring, but seat can still be locked and unlocked. The fuel gauge has stopped working, the starter motor makes a ringing noise, was going to replace it but whilst it still starts first time every time I thought it unnerving .
