Custom Silver Triumph Bonneville T100 - Only 371 miles - Immaculate Condition
This Triumph Bonneville T100 was purchased new by my husband in July 2009 from Q-Bike, the main triumph dealer in Hamburg, Germany where we were living. At the time of purchase it was additionally fitted with Triumph's "Sports" silencers. Having only been ridden a few times and always in dry conditions (142 kilometres in total as shown in the photo of the old speedometer) in June 2011 the motorcycle went back to the same main dealer (Q-Bike Hamburg) for an extensive and professional customisation with the intention of recreating the look of a classic Bonneville and included painting the motorcycle a vintage silver (from its original black), replacing the speedometer with a smaller Motogadget unit housed within the newly painted black headlight casing, a wider rear and matching front wheel both powder coated black with silver spokes, polished Triumph engine and clutch covers, replacement (Lucas) classic rear brake light and indicators, shorter front and rear mudguards, lower (LSL) handlebars with bar end mirrors and Triumph tank pads and fork gaitors. The customisation cost Euro5,372 bringing the total cost of the motorcycle to Euro14,172 (in excess of £11,000). Since the customisation in 2011 the motorcycle has been ridden for 229 miles (as shown by the new speedometer). In 2014 (when we moved back to the UK) the motorcycle was shipped to the UK and registered by the DVLA (following an MoT and necessary headlight replacement).
