Vintage 1958 Matchless G3L 350cc Project Basket Case buff Log Book Barn find
For auction here is a basket case Matchless G3L with a buff log book. The buff log book matches the frame but not the engine number, but should make the number re-claimable. There is a lot of very good bits with this project including decent wheels all the fork parts, a magneto and lots of bits. There is some surplus bits as well as there are two sets of crank cases for example, both of which are 500cc type cases, so clearly someone was going to build this as a 500cc bike rather than a 350. Its not 100 % complete, but most of the big bits are there and what you see in the pictures is what you get, theres no more than what is shown.
