This rare old 1969 BSA 650 A65T Thunderbolt with matching numbers has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the air is thin and the climate is far kinder to machinery than ours. The instruments are missing off the bike but it doesn't look as though it has done a great deal of work and it has obviously been in dry storage throughout its long life. PLEASE CHECKOUT THE PICTURES........We will leave it up to you British Classic aficionados to decide what is rite or wrong about this one but as you can see this bike has got a few bits missing, a few bits modified & a few bits are very nice indeed. The engine is cosmetically very clean, it turns over nicely off the kick starter & displays compression, When we hooked it up to a good battery & fed it a few snorts of Ether it actually fired, started & run but it is obvious the carb needs attention.
