Fantic Sports Moped Caballero Trials Twinshock 50cc Vintage Barn Find.
Here is my Fantic trials moped/motorcycle. Too many projects mean that it needs to be moved on to a new owner. I think that this started life as a Caballero model, but was converted to schoolboy trials spec fairly early in it's life, thus has lost details of its registration, so no V55. The date I have listed is only approximate, based on photos of similar models. It does, however have a clear chassis plate and number, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem to get an age related plate. It was laid up in a shed for some time before I got it about 4 years ago. The engine will not turn over, but I think that this is simply a seized piston. Apart from the lights being removed , and needing side panels, it is pretty complete, but obviously in need of a complete rebuild. Either get it running and get it back into twinshock trials, or bring it back to its former glory as a deluxe sports moped and stylish alternative to all the FSIEs, SS50s and AP50s out there.
