Triumph Trident Sprint 900
This bike has been my daily ride for the last four years. It has been very reliable with the exception of consumables. It has wrap-around heated grips and a connector for a Oxford charger which I will leave on. It had new tyres about at 26450 miles, a new, quality battery a year ago at 26730 miles, new chain (DID Gold) and sprockets (JT) last May at 27000 miles, new plugs and air filter 2013 1800 miles ago, and has good brake pads all round. The oil and filter have been changed every couple of thousand miles. Bad points: The seat has just started to split (see photo) I have another seat which went in the same place, but also have some new vinyl to get it re-covered - which I will include. There are some marks on the clutch cover, and a few marks on the paintwork as well as a little bubbling on some alloy parts, the neutral switch is sometimes dodgy which means you need to pull the clutch in to start it, but generally the bike is in good condition for a twenty year old, unrestored bike. Please don't ask me to end the auction early as I am going to let it run its course. There is no 'buy it now' price either. You are welcome to come and have a look, but no test rides, sorry. I require £50 deposit paid by Paypal at the end of the auction and cash on collection from Lincoln please. Collection only, I couldn't get this listing to say that - whatever I did it kept putting Postage options up! I'm getting too old.
