2001 CCM 604 E SUPERMOTO With Upgrades
Here for sale is my 2001 CCM 604e Supermoto. Passed MOT recently, up until that point it had been off the road since 2010 (last MOT). Has only done 3000 miles since 2006! Only advisory being the front tyre low on tread (have a spare that can be supplied). 21,700 miles on the clock, R30 style clocks have been fitted so has rev counter all working. WP suspension has been re-done by Revs Racing Suspension. Wavey rear disc, good brake pads all round and new brake fluid. Swing arm bearings and head bearings good and recently been cleaned and greased. Recent oil and filter and spark plug. K&N filter fitted and open style airbox with modified jetting to carb. Flowed and ported cylinder head all matched up with 865 cam fitted. Also have just re-lapped the valves and set valve clearances with new timing belt fitted. R30 exhaust downpipes (very rare and better for performance) Race can fitted (Loud) Uprated clutch springs (originals supplied) Electronic adjustable ignition fitted with a modified uprated map, pulls well especially with the headers, ported head, cam, airbox mods and jetting. Hand gaurds and Acerbis headlight and front mudgaurd. New yellow 9ltr tank. (will come with paintable 9ltr tank) De-compressor lever fitted to handle bars. Couple of marks on the end can and a few marks on engine casings from wear. Couple of marks on rear fender. Have spent a small fortune on it, not making no money on selling it.
