Cagiva Gran Canyon Ducati 900cc Engined big Trailie / Tourer Motorbike
I bought this bike from new and love it to bits. I is the last registered Cagiva Gran Canyon in the UK, all of the others were registered 2000, this is a late model and I was very fortunate to find this one. It has been garaged for a few years now, but still runs beautifully and A fantastically flexible nd practical bike. It can keep up and beat the sports bikes should you want, but it's main feature is its torquey Ducati Engine that allows you to glide around the twisties with effort and no frantic changing up and down gears like the 'bum in the air' sports bikes. It is truely at home on twisty A and B roads. I have before it was garaged paid £800 for a complete engine overhaul, with the cam belts being replaced and a full check and service,including new chain and sprockets. Since then dont think the bike has done over 1000 miles, one trip to Le Mans for the Moto GP and a few shorter trips out to North Wales etc. I will upload more photos of the actual bike once I manage to get some taken, but the picture is identical to mine and you wouldnt be able to tell the difference. There are a few age related marks on the bike, but its only to be expectd and does not detract from its looks or performance. SO. If you want an amazingly fun comfortable Ducati that you can ride ANYWHERE this is the bike for you.
