Relisting this item as eBay had serious downtime when the original auction ended and consequently nobody could login and bid for the final 3 hours of the auction. I am selling my CPI GTR 50cc scooter. Superbly engineered Austrian built machine that has the stylish looks of a motorbike with the 17inch wheelbase for excellent handling. i have owned this machine since new and it has been ridden by a mature adult. i used it for commuting to work and back - a journey of about 6 miles per day, 5 days a week. The clock shows mileage in Km and was replaced and set to zero about 4 years ago so a more accurate calculation of mileage would be based upon my 6 mile daily journey over 7 years. I have a full licence so the bike is derestricted. i was riding in built up areas so never really needed to push the speed up but it easily reached 80 - 90km/hr on the flat. machine is Datatagged I am moving location soon and will not need the bike which is why i have decided to sell. now the bad news - the bike is currently on SORN. There is an issue with the power of the machine. On full throttle it barely gets above 20km/h and then sometimes jumps into action. I think that it may be a catalytic converter issue rather than anything more sinister. Not an issue with fuel supply. i am sure that this can be put right by someone who is mechanically good with bikes or pay for a garage to fix it.
