Nov 13 63 Reg ....Generic TR 125 Super-moto Learner Legal....Only 273 miles

Here we have my sons supermoto. Registered 20/11/2013 63 Plate With Only 273 Miles ! Less than 2 weeks Old some idiot decided to perform a late U turn into a junction my son was crossing and subsequently took him out ! Initial impact was too the nearside and after struggling to keep upright the bike ended up on its side. Luckily My Son only Broke His Left Foot, And Now Recovered He's Decided Too Concentrate on His Car Licence. After An Over Enthusiastic Engineers Report.....The Insurance Company Has Decided Not To Repair The Bike.....and Have Settled Their Claim with the Bike Retained at a Salvage Figure. It is on the Register as a CAT D.....which allows it to be put back on the road WITHOUT any need for a VIC CHECK. Too put the Bike back to being Roadworthy and Rideable it requires the following : Gear Lever N/S Foot Peg Set of Bars (Renthals about £25.00) Pair of Grips The following items contributed too the Insurers Decision, but are Not Necessary for Road Worthiness : Pair of Mirrors Pair of Handguards Clutch Lever (as Scrapped to Ball End) Rear No. Plate Moulding ( as cracked on one side....may plastic weld...!) The Bike DID NOT Have Any Front Impact With Any Object....So I Can Confidently StateThat There Is NO Damage Too The Front Forks...(but if the Insurance Company Would Of Repaired...I'd of Insisted On These.....This is Probably Why They Decided To Write Off...!) I Estimate that It Needs Approximately £150.00 Spending too put it all right...! The Bike Has Been Store...
