Seller's Note

LML STAR DELUXE 200cc 2013, Ivory/avocado, four speed manual (like PX200)

Purchased in December 2013 to replace a much loved PX200 for a 20 mile round trip commute. I’ve since changed jobs and live far closer so can cycle to work – the bike rarely gets used hence the sale. I was advised to give the engine a 1500km run-in so top speed is an unknown, but it cruises happily at 45-50mph. LML forums/owners clubs claim close to 65mph for a standard model. The odometer is in KMs and currently reads 1257 which is 781miles. This may increase between now and the sale. It starts first time with the electric start or kick start. I’ve yet to need to use the manual choke. The bike is absolutely standard – there have been no modifications. Everything works as it should and the bike has the remainder of the 1 year warranty. It is classed as a ‘special edition’ simply because of the colour combo. I’ve read lots of reviews regarding alleged fuel consumption, but I have consistently got 120mpg. It had its 500mile service at Kings Cross Scooters where it was purchased in December 2013 by myself for £2800. The only rust/corrosion is on the wing mirror where the stalk is angled. The only minor scuff is where my lock key has dangled from the ignition (see pic) otherwise it is ‘as new’. The bike is garaged when not in use. You are more than welcome to inspect the bike, and I’d be happy to take you out as pillion passenger. Test drives will only be acceptable if you show me valid insurance, are willing to part with a £1500 cash deposit, and don’t mind carrying me as a pill...
